The location of the guesthouse is perfect - right in the heart of the town and close to the bus station. You can easily access all the main attractions and restaurants. the room was spacious and had a nice balcony with amazing views. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained.

The location of this guest house was great, as it was close to the old town and all the main attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful. They even arranged transport for us to visit the nearby monasteries. the breakfast was good too, and we enjoyed the Armenian-style coffee.

there were ants all over our room which made it very uncomfortable for us.

The quiet location of the hotel was nice, nestled in a green area, with lovely walking trails around. The mountain views from the room during Xmas were amazing, admired through the window while keeping warm by the radiator. The staff kindly arranged a taxi to see nearby attractions and shared unique insights into the local environment.

The room had a strong musty odor, and the bedding appeared unkempt during the stay. The bathroom wasn't cleaned very well, with rusty fixtures and unflushed waste from previous guests.

The hotel's location near all the main attractions of this city was perfect. I could easily explore the beautiful sights without any hassle. Additionally, being close to the bus station made it convenient for me to travel to and from this city.
